Charlie Sheen has managed to get one more public relations gaffe in before the year runs out. The star of the FX sitcom "Anger Management" has been caught on video delivering a homophobic slur while emceeing the opening of a rooftop bar at a hotel in Mexico. "How we doing?" the 47-year-old actor can be heard asking the crowd at the El Ganzo Hotel in San Jose del Cabo, near Cabo San Lucas, after taking the microphone Friday night.
