Quentin Tarantino is famous for talking about projects that are never going to happen. After it was revealed that Vincent Vega (John Travolta) from Pulp Fiction and Vic Vega (Michael Madsen) from Reservoir Dogs were siblings there was talk of a Vega Brothers movie that never managed to get off the ground. We also still happen to be waiting for the home video release of Kill Bill: The Whole Bloody Affair (which actually does exist), but the writer/director also recently revealed that his plans for a Kill Bill Vol. 3 - set a decade after Vol. 2 - wasn't going to work out.
