Mockingbird Lane has been officially dropped by NBC. The Munsters reboot starring Jerry O'Connell, Eddie Izzard and Portia de Rossi has been axed after a single pilot episode, creator Bryan Fuller announced on Twitter. Fuller wrote: "I tweet with a heavy heart. NBC not moving forward with #MockingbirdLane. From producers and cast, thank you all for enthusiasm and support." Mockingbird Lane was originally developed by the previous NBC controllers in 2010-11. However, its script was kept by new chief Bob Greenblatt in January 2011.
