A $5 million lawsuit against the Backstreet Boys and New Kids On The Block has been dismissed. A judge has ruled that the boybands - who teamed up for a successful world tour last year that earned more than $40 million with 51 shows across America, Europe, Australia and Asia - cannot be held responsible for an injured stagehand, who experienced a brain trauma while setting up their stage at a concert venue.
