Roger Ebert took to Twitter on Friday to let his followers know that he's feeling "a little better," after posting on Thursday that he's experiencing "a lot of health troubles" and is not "in the best of shape." "Feeling a little better today, so that's good!" the film critic, who was hospitalized with a broken hip earlier this month, tweeted.
