The American Scream, director Michael Stephenson’s follow-up to his acclaimed Troll 2 docu Best Worst Movie that nabbed the Best Picture prize in the Documentary Features category at Austin, TX’s Fantastic Fest, takes an in-depth look at “home haunters” who transform their houses into monster-filled attractions for Halloween. Magic Stone Productions and Brainstorm Media have made it exclusively available on a Blu-ray/DVD combo at the movie’s official website for $17.99; it includes an eight-minute follow-up featurette on Victor Bariteau’s Ghoulie Manor.
