Is Justin Bieber heading to TV? Never say never! ABC is developing a comedy project that is based on the pop star's life story, TV Guide reports. Bieber and his manager Scooter Braun would executive produce the currently untitled project (may we suggest The Fresh Prince of Canada?), along with Entourage's Matt Wolpert and Ben Nedivi, who are writing the script.
