Looks like Lindsay Lohan isn't the only star with holiday legal woes. Chris Evans's brother and former One Life to Live star, Scott Evans, has been charged with one count of attempted possession of a controlled substance, E! New confirms. The incident took place back on Dec. 4, when Evans unlawfully attempted to buy cocaine. He was arrested in Hollywood, booked and later released on $10,000 bail. The 29-year-old actor played Officer Oliver Fish on One Life to Live from 2008-2010. Evan's upcoming film, Behaving Badly—which also stars Selena Gomez and Dylan McDermott—is currently in post-production. —Reporting by Baker »
