Miranda Hart has named Matthew Perry as her preferred romantic co-star. The comedian said that the former Friends actor and current Go On star would be perfect in a role as an Englishman on her show. "Matthew Perry would be my ideal romantic lead. Imagine him with an English accent and black tie. I am quite obsessed with Matthew Perry," she told the Radio Times. Speaking ahead of the third series of BBC comedy Miranda, she explained that she didn't want the possible romance between her character and Gary (Tom Ellis) to be the main focus of the series.
