As though it weren't enough that director Lynne Ramsey has already hired Natalie Portman and Michael Fassbender to star in her upcoming project Jane's Got A Gun, she's also close to bringing in one of the fastest rising stars in Hollywood. Joel Edgerton, who will very soon be seen as one of the soldiers on a mission to find and kill Osama bin Laden in Kathryn Bigelow's Zero Dark Thirty, has entered talks for a part in the action western. Based on a script by Brian Duffield, the film is about a woman named Jane Hammond who is forced to reach out to a former lover when her husband, who happens to be a criminal, has a target painted on his back by a vicious local gang.
