The frantic thirst for knowledge concerning Star Wars: Episode VII has already explored the rumours and wish-lists of many a sci-fi nerd when it comes to writers, directors and so forth, but could we have our first big name, not to mention a Star Wars veteran, expressing their interest in getting involved?

Officially one of the coolest men in the World, Samuel L. Jackson (the actor behind the role of Mace Windu in Episode I – III, not to mention popular animated series the Clone Wars, has given his almighty approval for the Jedi Master to return in some capacity:
