Naomi Watts: 'I nearly drowned filming The Impossible'
Naomi Watts has revealed that she had a near-death experience during the filming of The Impossible. The actress told Easy Living magazine that she nearly drowned when a wall of water came over her while she was strapped to a chair. "When we were shooting in the tank, we really weren't acting," she revealed. Watts explained: "We were anchored in these chairs as the wave machine broke over us. There was a moment when I came up for air but couldn't get out of the chair. I was already out of breath and the chair took me under again."
