Toni Braxton is recovering after being hospitalized for complications from lupus. The 45-year-old Grammy-winning singer headed to Twitter Friday to tell fans about her health status, saying she would be returning home soon. "Hey guys, I'm in the hospital for health issues related to Lupus & Blood clots, I will be home soon...Thanks for all the love&support! Xoxo," the Grammy winning singer wrote.
