Jupiter's Children writer Mark Millar has raised $$3,550 (£2,200) in an auction to name one of the characters in the comic. An unspecified character in the Image Comics-published miniseries will be named after the winning bidder, and the proceeds from the auction will be donated to the scribe's old school in Scotland. Millar, who has previously held auctions to name characters in several of his previous comics, is donating the money so students at the school can attend a Christmas show.
