The 'Modern Family' star has been under the custody of her sister Shanelle after a judge found their mom an unfit guardian. Now, Ariel's mom is trying to leak naked pics of Shanelle in a bid to get custody back -- but experts say her plan will backfire. Poor Ariel Winter -- her real-life family drama gets uglier by the day. She has been under custody of her sister Shanelle Workman since October after a guardianship hearing found their mom Crystal Workman an unfit parent, but their mom is doing everything she can to regain custody -- even by releasing naked pics of her own daughter. According to RadarOnline.com, Crystal contacted Hollywood publicist Jonathan Hay in order to "leak" risque pics of her oldest daughter in a bid to prove she's an unfit legal guardian. But this spiteful move will only prove Ariel and Shanelle's point that Crystal is emotionally abusive. »
