Kristen Wiig might be joining the cast of Anchorman: The Legend Continues, a source close to the negotiations told The Wrap. Wiig would play opposite Steve Carell as a love interest for the much-beloved doofus of a weatherman, Brick Tamland.
Apart from the principal leads (including Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd and Christina Appelgate), no other cast members have been set and the script is still being written. The sequel to 2004's Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy is scheduled to hit theaters in October 2013, and »
