LeAnn Rimes has been accused of having a 'severe eating disorder'. The 30-year-old 'How Do I Live' singer - who went to rehab for 30 days last summer because she wanted to learn how to properly cope with her anxiety and stress - allegedly isn't fit to be around her step-sons, according to their mother Brandy Glanville, who claims her son Mason, nine, was 'extremely ill' after accidently ingesting one of LeAnn's laxatives.
