Jon Favreau might not be directing "Iron Man 3" like he did its predecessors, but his presence will still be felt on this film. Not only will he be reprising his role as Happy Hogan in the new movie, he also helped new director Shane Black make sure this film keeps with the continuity of "Iron Man" and "Iron Man 2."

"I owe sort of a debt to [Jon] Favreau I have to carry on what he started without violating it -- at the same time bringing sort of my own enhancement if I can," Black admitted in an interview with Wired.
