Tori Spelling got quite the scare when she was diagnosed with a scary maternity condition during and after her last pregnancy, causing her to face life-threatening situations.

"There was a moment, when you get the facts that you could bleed out essentially, I thought, 'Oh my gosh, I can't leave three kids behind," Spelling told "Access Hollywood" hosts Billy Bush and Kit Hoover of her near-fatal battle with placenta previa, which caused her to be hospitalized for two and a half months before delivering her fourth child, Finn. (She also had more complications following her C-section).

But the mom of four, who gave birth to Finn in August, isn't completely ruling out having more kids, despite the battle through her pregnancy.
