Real or fake? Two and a half years after its finale, it's a question that still dogs MTV's The Hills. And now, just weeks after Lauren Conrad claimed much of the show was essentially true, Kristin Cavallari has said almost the opposite. The show was "pretty fake," Cavallari, 25, said Monday on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live. "Did they tell you what to say and stuff?" host Andy Cohen replied. "Pretty much," said Cavallari.
