News Corp. offered a general sense Monday of what it will look like if it is allowed to split, including the new name for the company's TV and movie business. Rupert Murdoch's newspaper empire will continue to be named News Corp. The company's television and film assets, however, are being christened Fox Group, Murdoch said. News Corp. hopes to separate into two independent, publicly traded companies at some point next year, but needs regulatory approval.
