Seth MacFarlane revealed he has an idea for a "Family Guy" movie on the same day it was announced he'll guest star on the 25th season premiere of "The Simpsons."

MacFarlane dropped by a UCLA undergrad class to make a special announcement about this year's Oscars (which he'll be hosting), but also spilled the beans on "Family Guy" movie plans during a Q&A session with the students.

But MacFarlane also said he feels the "Family Guy" movie should go in a different direction than 2007's "The Simpsons Movie."
