The star managed to stand out in a form-fitting frock. Katy Perry attended Billboard's Women in Music luncheon on Nov. 30 in La, where the star stood out thanks to her red dress that showed off every single curve, while a belt cinched in her waist and really enhanced her killer figure. The length and neckline were more conservative than we're used to seeing on the flirty star who loves to flaunt her assets, but ruffle detailing added a feminine flair that was so consistent to her sense of style. Peep-toe pumps and jewels tied the whole look together. While it was consistent with Katy's style, it wasn't my all-time favorite on her, although I still thought she looked good. What do you think?
