Jack Reacher will be hitting theatres hard in less than a month, with Tom Cruise taking the eponymous lead in the adaptation of Lee Child’s best-selling series of novels.
We saw a new sixty-second action-fuelled TV spot earlier in the week, and now Yahoo Movies have debuted a new featurette for us, in which author Lee Child talks about adapting the film for the big screen.
“When a gunman takes five lives with six shots, all evidence points to the suspect in custody. On interrogation, the suspect offers up a single note: “Get Jack Reacher!” So begins an extraordinary chase for the truth, pitting Jack Reacher against an unexpected enemy, with a skill for violence and a secret to keep.”
Starring alongside Cruise will be an excellent cast, headed up by Rosamund Pike, Richard Jenkins, David Oyelowo, Robert Duvall, and Werner Herzog.
