Wonder Woman is headed to the Amazon — but first, The CW needs to find its Wonder Woman.

Deadline reports that the network is about to launch into the casting process for "Amazon," their small-screen adaptation of the popular DC Comics superhero. Some details have emerged about the character and the plot of the show, and the big headline is this: Wonder Woman's name won't be Diana, but Iris. Purists, have your way with that one.
