Do you think you can handle an invasion of aurochs in your own home?

Oh, do you not know what "aurochs" are? Then you haven't been acquainted with "Beasts of the Southern Wild," a mesmerizing and perhaps even miraculous fantasia that chronicles the adventures of Hushpuppy (the astonishing Quvenzhané Wallis), a young girl living in a ramshackle bayou community who must deal with nature gone topsy-turvy upon the failing health of her tough-love father, Wink (Dwight Henry).

"Beasts of the Southern Wild" director Benh Zeitlin was recently honored as this year's Breakthrough Director by the Gotham Independent Film Awards for his stunning achievement in bringing to life a strange and wonderful cinematic world that we guarantee you've never seen before. And two lucky winners will be bringing that world home with their own Blu-ray copy of the film.

In the meantime, get to know Hushpuppy a little better with this digital flipbook. »
