The broadcast networks saw a surge last night over most recent broadcasts of originals and last Wednesday's Thanksgiving Eve slump, with nearly all series and time slots posting improvement. ABC scored an average 2.8 rating with adults 18-49 and 7.97 million viewers, starting the night with A Charlie Brown Christmas (2.9 adults rating).
