The finale of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars: All-Stars" gave the series its highest numbers of the season, helping to push the network to a ratings win Tuesday night, according to preliminary numbers. ABC grabbed a narrow first place in the advertiser-coveted 18-49 demographic with a 2.8 rating/7 share and second place in total viewers with 13.9 million.
