Jason Gardiner has confirmed his return to the Dancing on Ice judging panel and promised to "bring the controversy" when the show airs next year. The Australian choreographer, who became notorious for his barbed critiques and an infamous on-air fight with Doi coach Karen Barber, was replaced by Louie Spence last series. Speaking to Digital Spy after officially announcing his comeback, Gardiner stated that he will give Dancing on Ice "the spice it needs". "It feels right [to return]," he said. "For the whole year that I wasn't there... there was a piece missing. "I think I can only help [the show]... I bring the controversy, I guess. I keep it very interesting and I keep it real.
