Danny Miller's charity Once Upon A Smile has launched its 'Raising Smiles' fundraising event today (November 23). As we reported earlier this month, the Raising Smiles Fundraising Weekend is a three-day event which has been created as part of the organisation's continued efforts to help bereaved families. Participants have organised sponsored challenges and events to help bring in new funds for the charity. Former Emmerdale star Miller co-founded Once Upon A Smile last year and has recruited a number of familiar faces from the soap world as patrons, including EastEnders stars Matt Lapinskas and Tony Discipline, Hollyoaks returnee James Sutton and former Waterloo Road cast members Will Rush and Jack McMullen.
