In 2012, the Doha Tribeca Film Festival (Dtff) has grown from five to eight days, and this year took place November 17-24 at three iconic Doha locations: Souq Qaqif, Katara Cultural Village and the Museum of Islamic Art. Dtff 2012 kicked off Saturday night with a glittery screening of Mira Nair's The Reluctant Fundamentalist, starring Kiefer Sutherland, Kate Hudson, and Liev Schreiber. Other highlights to date include a conversation between Tribeca's own Robert De Niro and Geoffrey Gilmore; a screening of David O. Russell's much-anticipated Silver Linings Playbook, starring De Niro himself; a panel about the power of transmedia storytelling; the ever-popular Family Days; and a zombie red carpet! The spectacular closing night featured Pixar's Rise of the Guardians. Since we couldn't be there (this year, anyway!), we thought we'd offer up some video highlights of each day's events, so we can all live vicariously... Enjoy! Launched in 2009, The Doha »
