Abhinav Kashyap has revealed that he wants India to make its own version of Life of Pi. The Dabanng director spoke at a premiere for the adaptation of the fantastical film, directed by Ang Lee. He told Ians: "It's good that foreigners are opening up to the Indian stories and stories about Indian people, it's good. But I think it's early days. Hopefully such good stories are also [going to be] made in India. "Hopefully our budgets [will] improve, and hopefully the taste of our audience also improves. A lot of things matter."
