Hilary Duff is one hot mama! The 25-year-old singer-actress hit the gym Tuesday in Toluca Lake, Calif., looking trim and fit. Since giving birth to son Luca in March, the former Lizzie McGuire star has been a regular at Pilates classes and workout sessions. "This is how it goes for most women—the weight doesn't fall off overnight," Duff told In Touch this summer as she gradually shed the pregnancy pounds.
