Well, in hindsight, maybe T-Dog's exit was to make way for what was to come; as we often joke around here, we just can't have more than 1 or 2 regular black characters on a hit mainstream TV series like The Walking Dead. Yesterday, it was announced that Tyreese would be joining the cast this seaon, to be played by Chad Coleman. This morning, thanks to a link from TVLine to TVOvermind, it's also being reported that Morgan Jones (remember him from the pilot episode in 2010, played by Lennie James) will indeed be returning to the series, later in the season. In fact, it's being suggested that his late season appearance might be a lead-in to him becoming a cast regular in the following season (assuming there will be one).
