Eva Green, Gabourey Sidibe & More Join Gregg Araki's 'White Bird In A Blizzard' With Shailene Woodley

The divisive Gregg Araki has continued casting his next effort, “White Bird In A Blizzard,” with the inclusion of “Law & Order: Svu” star Christopher Meloni and a pair of talented actresses. Written and directed -- as always -- by Araki, 'White Bird' follows previously-cast "The Descendants" star Shailene Woodley (who will presumably be fitting this indie gig in before "The Amazing Spider-Man 2") as a young woman whose mother disappears, turning her life upside down. That’s pretty much all we know about the story at this point, but with Araki at the helm it’s sure to be more complicated. Meloni takes the male lead in the film (as Woodley's Dad, perhaps?), with Eva Green, Gabourey Sidibe and Shiloh Fernandez coming on in support (but no word on their roles).
