Alaskan singer-songwriter Kate Earl released Stronger today via Downtown Records, and the album seems to communicate her newfound independence as an artist. Stronger was recorded in a six-day session with collaborator Brett Dennen at The Village Recorders in Los Angeles, Calif. Earl emerged from the studio with a variety of options to lead the way on her newest effort. From standout single “One Woman Army” to the softer, soulful “Wicked Love,” Earl has taken on a more dynamic quality at this stage in her career.
