A five-metre squatting sculpture called The Public Toilet has been installed in London. Domestos has backed Andrew Shoben's artwork, which is positioned between Tower Bridge and City Hall to mark World Toilet Day (November 19) and will remain in Potters Field Park until November 21. Members of the public can upload their photos or a five-second video - via the Public Toilet website - to be screened on the face of the sculpture. World Toilet Day aims to raise awareness of much of the world's poor sanitation, which contributes to the deaths of 801,000 children every year from diarrhoea.
