Former ABC's Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan was denied an appeal by the California Supreme Court on Friday, yet another setback in the 48-year-old's wrongful termination case against ABC and Touchstone Television. The now 2 year old lawsuit stemmed from the former housewife claiming she was wrongfully fired after complaining about being struck in the head during an argument by the ABC hit show's creator Marc Cherry.  According to The Hollywood Reporter, the court's chief justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye ruled on Friday:  "The petition for review is denied.
