Earlier this week, Skyfall crossed the $100 million mark in North America and as of Sunday, it had a worldwide cume of $518.6 million. Released in the UK two weeks ahead of the Us, the Sam Mendes helmed instalment in the James Bond franchise has been breaking record after record, although it now has the honour of being the UK's second highest grossing film of all-time. It beat Titanic, Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2 and Toy Story 3 to take the #2 position, although with £74.3 million ($117.7 million) it still has a little way to go before it takes the top spot held by James Cameron's Avatar (£94 million/$148.9 million). Do you think it can do it? It is however now the highest grossing 2D film ever. You can read my 5* review of Skyfall by clicking Here. Daniel Craig is back as Ian Fleming’s James Bond 007 »
