CEOs and lawyers are the two professions with the most psychopaths, according to new research. The information was compiled by author Kevin Dutton in the book The Wisdom of Psychopaths. Highest on the list of most psychopathic professions are CEOs and lawyers, with salespeople, journalists, police officers and chefs in the top 10. Care aides, nurses, charity workers and teachers are among the least psychopathic.
