This year's I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! contestants faced their first task almost as soon as they touched down in Australia. In footage to be screened during tonight's (November 11) opening episode, viewers will see the ten stars split into two teams before being dropped off at separate locations on a barren snake and tic-infested island off the east coast of Australia. After introducing themselves over fruit cocktails, both teams were presented with a crate that contained a pair of walking boots for each celebrity, a Gps system and instructions for their first task. The stars were told they had to race the other team across the island to find a helicopter, which would then take them safely back to dry land for one last night of luxury. The losing team would have to set up a makeshift camp and stay on the island overnight instead. Team Snake »
