One Direction have appeared as special guests on The X Factor, as another act was sent home from this season's competition. The boyband and X Factor UK graduates performed 'Live While We're Young' and new Ed Sheeran-penned single 'Little Things' on Thursday evening's (November 8) results show, as the show's viewers voted on the contestants' performances for the first time this season. CeCe Frey and Jason Brock ultimately fell into the bottom two, and both sung once again to secure their continued place in the competition. Frey elected to sing Cher's 'You Haven't Seen the Last of Me' from the movie Burlesque, while Brock chose 'Total Eclipse of the Heart' by Bonnie Tyler.
