World War Z has premiered its first trailer exclusively on Digital Spy. Brad Pitt leads the cast of the zombie apocalypse movie, which is based on Max Brooks's best-selling novel World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War. Pitt takes on the role of Gerry Lanes, a United Nations worker who is confronted with waves of the undead following a worldwide zombie pandemic.
