World peace is giving Jennifer Hudson and Seal a chance. The Grammy-winning artists have been announced as two of the headliners for the 19th Annual Nobel Peace Prize Concert, the celebration traditionally held in Oslo, Norway, the day after the awarding of the prestigious honor, E! News can exclusively announce. This year, the Nobel Peace Prize will be presented to the collective European Union.
