Add Taylor Hackford to the list of big-screen talents taking on small-screen projects. The "Ray" and "Devil's Advocate" producer and director has signed on to direct and executive produce the CW drama project "Norfolk," about the lives and loves of young people on the Norfolk Naval Base, an individual familiar with the project told TheWrap.
