After playing the patriarch of Tony Stark in Captain America: The First Avenger and taking on the horror historical remix Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, actor Dominic Cooper is taking on a high speed role. Variety has word that Cooper will step on the gas for DreamWorks' adaptation of the video game series Need for Speed. Director of Scott Waugh (Act of Valor) is at the helm of the film with Aaron Paul ("Breaking Bad") and Imogen Poots taking lead roles. The film follows an underground racecar driver (Paul) who owns a garage that modifies expensive cars to make them faster for racing. But then stuff gets real. Framed and sent to prison when his best friend is murdered during a race, the garage owner seeks revenge upon his release.
