In what seems like stepping through some kind of timewarp, we’re now back to where we were at the start of this year in regards to promoting G.I. Joe: Retaliation, a sequel that I was actually very much looking forward to. Talk of a 3D conversion was given as the official reason for the hold-up, but the more likely rumour that has been circulating, suggests that the studio wanted more Channing Tatum. After his successful year with 21 Jump Street, The Vow, and Magic Mike, who can blame them. These two international trailers are still lacking a lot of Tatum, but it’s doubtful he will have a major role.
