Maybe all those glasses of beer caught up to the Cheers regular. Actor George Wendt checked into a local hospital on Sunday night after complaining of chest pains, according to The Chicago Sun-Times. The 64-year-old is now receiving medical care and is expected to make a full recovery, however, Wendt will no longer be a part of the theater production for The Odd Couple. As a result of his hospitalization, Wendt will be leaving his role as Oscar Madison in the Northlight Theatre production opposite Tim Kazurkinsky, who stars as Felix Unger.
