After having the biggest opening weekend in the UK (grossing $32.4M this past weekend), Sony Pictures and MGM's Skyfall continues to be a success at the box office before it opens in North America. The 23rd adventure of James Bond, directed by Sam Mendes, has currently grossed $96.5M in less than a week in overseas locations. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film is expected to cross the $100M mark by Thursday. Skyfall has also set a new record for a gross on Monday in the UK, reaching $6.8M and beating the record previously set by Harry Potter & The Deathly Hallows Part 2.
