Exclusive: Breaking In star Bret Harrison has teamed with actor-comedian Dan Levy (Enlightened) to write a multi-camera hybrid comedy for ABC. Harrison is set to star the project, Married With Roommates, which follows two very different couples at different stages in their relationships living together under one roof. Harrison and Levy will co-executive produce the comedy, produced by ABC Studios. This is not Harrison’s first stab at creating his own comedy starring vehicle. Following the end of his cult CW series Reaper, he sold a multi-camera comedy project to CBS about a pair of district attorneys. Harrison co-wrote the story and was attached to star. For the past two seasons, Harrison, repped by UTA and Management 360, toplined Fox’s comedy series Breaking In. Levy, repped by UTA and New Wave, is a writer on Whitney and created/exec produced the VH1 series Stevie TV. »
